NIKE SB PRESENTS: LONDON AM – JUNE 13-14, 2014
Nike SB presenta el primer campeonato Nike SB London AM los días 13 y 14 de Junio en el skatepark de BaySixty6 en Londres. Habrá premios que llegarán hasta los 10.400€ para que la nueva generación de skaters europeos y los mejores amateurs del viejo continente tenga una motivación extra, está claro, además, que con estos premios los mejores skaters internacionales también acudirán a la cita.
Con más de 60 amateurs invitados, 10 spots disponibles para las pre-calificaciones el viernes (13 de Junio) a la mañana a modo de JAM para garantizar engorile, lo que se traduce en muchos rookies dejándose el alma desde bien tempranito.
Como comentábamos habrá 10.400€ de premio, que se repartirán hasta el puesto número 10, pero quizás lo más importante, que el ganador será invitado al primer Nike SB Berlin Pro que se celebrará entre los días 11 y 13 de Julio
Las pre-calificaciones serán gratuitas y consistirán en 60 rondas individuales, y los diez primeros pasarán a las rondas clasificatorias.
En las clasificaciones será una Jam de 3 minutos con 4 skaters por ronda. Los 12 mejores pasarán el corte para la final.
Las finales tendrán lugar el sábado 14 y serán 4 rondas con 3 skaters por ronda de 6 minutos dónde lo darán todo para llegar a la gran final.
Y la gente se podrá acerca sin pagar nada para ver el espectáculo tanto el sábado como el domingo!
Además para el engorile final, Kingpin x Nike SB organizan un best trick contest y de premio 1.500€ más, promete que habrá trucazos!

Nike SB is proud to present the first Nike SB LONDON AM – June 13-14 at the BaySixty6 Skatepark, London. Guaranteed to deliver some next level skateboarding from Europe’s top AMs and new generation of skateboarders, the €10,400 prize purse will add as an extra incentive to the high calibre of international riders.
With over 60 amateur riders invited, 10 spots are available through pre-qualifications on Friday morning, meaning a field of established and rookie riders will start competing through a jam format on Friday 13th.
An overall prize purse of €10,400 has been made available with cash down to 10th place, more importantly the winner will be invited to the first Nike SB BERLIN PRO scheduled for July 11-13.
Entrance to the Pre qualifier is free and will consist of 60 second individual runs with the top 10 gaining entry to the qualification rounds.
Qualification will be run as 3 minute jam format with 4 skaters per heat. The top 12 riders from the qualification will make the cut for the final.
The finals on Sat 14th will be 4 x 3-man heats of 6 minutes with 3 skaters going through to a super final.
Qualification is by invite only.
Spectators will have free entry to the park on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th.
Next to the main competition Nike SB has partnered with Kingpin Magazine for a best trick contest at a London skate spot with an additional €1,500 on offer for those who step up.
